Gaspar's Grotto

Gaspar's Grotto has one of my favorite brunches in Tampa! Not only is it bottomless mimosas but you also get to take whatever you'd like form their 50-foot buffet of delicious food!

The New Menu Launch Party at Gaspar's Grotto was a great time to try out some of their foods. I ate outside and they had enough fans with water mist to keep you cool in this hot Florida weather.

Pros: The new menu food was delicious. The foods was cook perfectly and well seasoned. I tried: Grilled Chicken & Fried Pork "MOFONGO" Pesto Mussels & Clams New Orleans BBQ Shrimp Fried Pork Belly Burgers

Cons: Parking in Ybor!

I went to Gaspar's Grotto with a friend for girls night out. Love the $2 beer and shot special. Like that they have seating outside for people who smoke and smoking is allowed inside after 9pm. They had a DJ playing music out on patio and live music inside with Earl Brown. Like the atmosphere of the bar. Like that they have pet friendly saturdays to bring your dog once a month and beach outings that start and end at Gaspar's Grotto. A all around friendly fun place to go. A must see in Ybor.

Pros: Drink Specials and Live entertainment inside and out. Lots of monthly events to particapate in like beach parties, bring your dog saturdays once a month and lunch cruises.

Cons: For people who smoke you have to smoke outside but after 9 pm you can inside. Parking is limited to 2 hours near place or you can use the parking garage or take bus or cab.

Gaspar's Grotto has everything you want and need in a bar/restaurant. I tried the stomboli which was great and one of the best things is they are DOG FRIENDLY!! Not only are they dog friendly, but they cater to your dog and even have food for dogs on the menue. They do "Paws on the Patio" I believe on the first Saturday of each month. Lots of entertainment and the pirate decor fits with the Ybor theme.

Pros: Food is great, drink specials can't be beat with their $2 for a shot and beer, lots to do including live entertainment, beer pong, pool, and much more.

Cons: Took a little while to get the food but they were busy and I think short handed but well worth the wait.

Great place to come during a night out in Ybor with inexpensive drinks and a fun atmosphere!

Cheap drinks, amazing brunch, always had a great time here.

I love the outside bar and atmosphere of the entire bar. I've never eaten here but the food looked great. I came to Ybor for my birthday and stopped here. The bartender was great enough to give me a birthday shot which pretty much made my birthday.

I love that this place is dog friendly! They even have an item on the menu that you can order for dogs. Love it. The atmosphere is great which is the main reason to go there. The food is decent but I have not tried anything that wowed me yet. The pork nachos were interesting but not bad, also tried the Mahi Mahi sandwich-was ok and the Half chicken-which is great and is enough for 2 people. The place gets very busy sometimes so the service can be hit or miss. In general a great place to go to drink and relax.
